It's Valentine's Day! Do you know what that means? Time to switch out your workout if you can! If you're able to work out with a friend or your partner, do it! It's the perfect way to switch up your workout and exercises, and make it a little bit more fun, there are many ways that you can do this, but a few of my favorites are utilizing ab exercises, and even exercises where one partner does a cardio exercise for a certain number of reps and the other partner does core for a number of reps and switches. Either partner can be the stabilizer. What are you doing for Valentine's Day with your loved one or even friends?! Mine is being spent with my mini me (9 month) old, and my husband eating sushi at our favorite sushi place. Don't forgot to give yourself a little love today, just like alllll every day!
