Using nature is a great way to get in your exercise without putting wear and tear on your body. I went for a walk this morning with my son and met up with a friend for them to play, and I came across this cute little fairy garden. The things you find when you're walking, you never know where you might wander. It's the fresh air and the silly things I see for me. Some people love people watching, others like to discover something new. It was fun to have the geese follow along as well on the way back. If you're looking for something to switch up your daily routine a bit to get out of a rut, go to your local park and take a path you haven't taken before! Again, you never know what you might find.
