Hey, don't knock it till you try it! A scoop of chocolate protein powder is what I used, you can use any brand that you have. I didn't measure my liquid egg whites, i just poured some in, it was probably about 1/4 a cup. SUGAR FREE coffee creamer, and some monk fruit and tada! You have your protein coffee! IT was quite delicious for my spur of the moment add to my usual coffee, and extra protein! Who doesn't love that. Quite easy to make, very quick, and if you wanted to pair it with something, be sure to give yourself some carbs for breakfast. Bagel with cream cheese or peanut butter, a banana, etc. Get creative! Breakfast doesn't have to be boring!
