If you don't have a healthy relationship with food, what is something you can do? Nutrient dense foods! I didn't say get rid of your favorite foods. Journal your food. What does this look like? Take a picture of your food and log what you're feeling before, during, and after your meal. It doesn't even have to be long sentences. Five words is enough to put to a feeling. This works very well for people who might suffer from bulimia or binge eating. Why? Because you're not counting your calories. You're eating normally though out the day, and can focus on macros (proteins, carbs and fats) if that's what you're after without focusing too much on exactly how much you're eating in the day. You don't always have to count calories to see results. There are so many different ways to have a healthy relationship with food whether you track it or not. But the most important thing is to make sure you're feeding your body with healthy and Whole Foods to keep you moving, less tired, and more energy throughout the day. Especially if you're pregnant, overweight, or suffer from a autoimmune disorder.
