Water has soooo many benefits. So does green tea! Antioxidants, flushes your system of all the toxins, etc. Water is the best thing, or is it? Yeah it gets you your daily intake to quench that thirst, but too much of a good thing can also be a bad thing, meaning you can actually flush out all your goo nutrients as well. What can you do to stop this? Add cucumbers to your water, or even crush some berries slightly before mixing them in. You want to ensure your body will hold on to the important stuff, which are the vitamins and minerals that keep your cells healthy. So when people tell you drink a gallon of water per day, just know juice, tea, coffee, all of that counts towards your water intake. Although I truly advise against drinking that much a day, because it's just not attainable for the average person. Half your weight in ounces is more like it, and if you go past that, great. If not, you're getting the minimum your body generally requires to function your organs properly.
