Chocolate Protein Coffee

Kaitlyn Lewicki-Gorney

I am NOT a coffee drinker....I would say until I had a baby. Now that I can manage to keep up with my 8 month old, I don't drink it as much anymore, meaning caffeinated. I used decaf coffee, but you can really brew any coffee. Mix one scoop of protein powder (I used chocolate) into your coffee, preferably using a milk frother. I've attached a link from one I bought on Amazon a few years ago, but you can buy any frother. It blends the protein well without leaving any lumps, and gives it a nice smooth consistency. I've also added a teaspoon of monk fruit and a little bit of unsweetened almond milk in to bring it all together. Definitely worth the extra prep in the morning if you're looking to add some extra protein into your day! If you need ideas on delicious protein powders, let me know! I also linked one I use below.
