Check this out! It's super delicious, I've made it about a dozen times already. It's quick, easy, and helpful when you're short on time in the morning. Remember, if you wanna be lean and healthy, you gotta eat lean. But don't forget balance in everything. I added a whole scoop of protein powder to mine. My favorite are Ascent, MYPROTEIN, and Bowmar Nutrition.
